The waterproof roll comprises a tyre basic layer, wherein the upper and lower surfaces of the tyre basic layer are provided with modified asphalt chemical root resisting agent waterproof layers; the outer surface of each modified asphalt chemical root resisting agent waterproof layer, which is far away from the tyre basic layer, is provided with an isolating layer; and the modified asphalt chemical root resisting agent waterproof layer is a structure manufactured by carrying out mechanical rabbling and blending on asphalt, a chemical root resisting agent, resin, a filler and an auxiliary agent at the temperature of 195 DEG C. The invention has the following advantages: the mildew-proof performance of the waterproof roll is enhanced, i.e. the waterproof roll does not generate toxin action on plants and effectively prevents the plant root from being impaled at the commissure of the roll; and the manufacturing method of waterproof roll of the invention is favor for realizing the automatized production line operation, and can greatly reduce the production cost under the condition of equal plant root impaling resistance, thereby being suitable for large-scale application.

Novel non-sintered biological stuffing rapid in biofilm formation and preparation method thereof

The invention provides novel non-sintered biological stuffing rapid in biofilm formation and a preparation method thereof, relating to biological stuffing and preparation methods thereof and solving the technical problems that the existing biological stuffing has long biofilm formation time and poor effluent quality in water treatment processes and preparation processes are high in energy consumption and pollute the environment. The biological stuffing is prepared from sepiolite, medical stone, cement, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium alginate, hydrogen peroxide, ferric chloride, manganese sulfate, cobalt chloride and agar. The method comprises the following steps: I. heating and dissolving polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate, adding hydrogen peroxide after cooling, and mixing the components uniformly, thus obtaining a liquid mixture; II. mixing the liquid mixture with other solid components, granulating the mixture, putting the granules at normal temperature, drying and sieving the granules, curing the granules at high pressure and low temperature, steam-curing the granules at constant temperature, and cooling the granules at normal temperature, thus obtaining the biological stuffing. Compared with the common ceramsite, the biological stuffing has short biofilm formation time, good effluent quality and coarse surface and is beneficial for microorganism growth. The biological stuffing is applied to the fields of environmental applied materials and sewage treatment.

The invention discloses an environment-friendly manganese-cobalt-aluminum composite oxide mercury removal and denitration catalyst which has a chemical formula of MnaCobAlcOx, wherein a, b and c respectively refer to the percentage of total molar amount of metal elements such as Mn, Co and Al in the catalyst; a ranges from 0.1 percent to 5 percent; b ranges from 70 percent to 75 percent, c refers to the balance, and x is determined by chemical balance according to the values of a, b and c and valence states of the metal elements. The invention also provides a preparation method of the catalyst. According to the catalyst disclosed by the invention, the removal efficiency of gas-phase elementary mercury can be over 80 percent under a hydrogen chloride atmosphere in a temperature range of 100-400 DEG C; the purification efficiency of nitric oxides is 75.8-90.5 percent under an SCR atmosphere in a temperature range of 300-450 DEG C, and the cooperative mercury removal efficiency is 78 percent. The composite oxide catalyst disclosed by the invention is environmentally-friendly and does not have toxic effects on the human body and the environment; and moreover, the raw materials for synthesizing the catalyst are low in cost.
