The invention discloses a treatment method for bamboo pulp
wastewater. The method is improved on the basis of a
conventional treatment method for bamboo pulp
wastewater, large suspended matters are screened out, filtered and removed from
wastewater, trace elements are added before treatment in a primary
settling tank, the temperature of the wastewater cooled before entering an
aeration tank is increased, and meanwhile, nutritive salt added to the
aeration tank is gradually reduced. The nutritive salt containing two trace elements
molybdenum and
strontium is added, foam generated as a result of addition of a large amount of
nitrogen and
phosphorus is remarkably reduced, accordingly, expenses required for addition of
nitrogen and
phosphorus nutritive salt, an antifoaming agent and the like are saved while the
biological activity of the
aeration tank is guaranteed, and the content of
total nitrogen and
total phosphorus in discharged wastewater is substantially reduced. Besides, according to the method, the temperature of the wastewater is properly increased, the
microorganism activity is still maintained, and the
energy consumption required for reduction of the temperature of the wastewater is reduced. The cost for removing 1kg of COD (
chemical oxygen demand) is reduced from 1.04 RMB to 0.67 RMB, the
total nitrogen in the discharged wastewater is reduced by 28%, the
total phosphorus in the discharged wastewater is reduced by 45%, and the treatment method has remarkable environmental benefits and
economic benefits.
