The invention discloses a state
monitoring system based on single-
chip microcomputers. The state
monitoring system comprises an interface board
single plate and multiple service board single plates. Each
single plate comprises a single-
chip microcomputer processor, a current acquisition circuit, a
voltage and temperature acquisition circuit, an I2C interface, a GPIO interface and an analog I2C interface. The interface board
single plate further comprises an RS 485 interface. A distributed master-slave communication structure is adopted in the state
monitoring system, an interface board single-
chip microcomputer serves as a master computer, service board single-chip microcomputers serve as slave computers, and the single plates are distinguished by being configured with ID numbers. The interface board single-chip
microcomputer is used for collecting state information of each single plate, enables each single plate to be in communication with a host computer and an external master
control unit in a uniform mode, and state parameters like the power
voltage, the current, the core chip temperature of each single plate and external chip work clocks in a whole
machine can be monitored in real time. The state monitoring
system has the advantages of being complete in detection, simple in
external interface, uniform in
configuration item, high in generality, good in real time performance, and the like.
