The invention relates to a method for detecting the consistency of the furnace temperature of a continuous heating furnace, and belongs to the technical field of temperature detection of a heating rolling production line. In order to solve the problem that an existing temperature detection method cannot accurately measure the consistency of the furnace temperature of the heating furnace, the invention provides the method for detecting the consistency of the furnace temperature of the continuous heating furnace. The detection method comprises the following steps of: setting a temperature testing point, assembling a temperature testing device, detecting a steel billet put in the furnace and evaluating the consistency of the furnace temperature. According to the detection method, a temperature-measuring instrument and the steel billet synchronously enter the heating furnace so as to be heated; the temperatures of the surface layer and the interior of the steel billet are recorded in realtime; parameters such as the heating temperature curve of the steel billet in the continuous heating process, the tapping temperature, the temperature difference of the surface layer and the interiorof the steel billet, the temperature difference in the length direction and the like can be accurately detected; and based on the parameters, the temperature consistency of the continuous heating furnace is comprehensively and accurately measured, and thus, the scientific, accurate and reliable data basis is provided for the production and acceptance of the continuous heating furnace, the establishment and verification of mathematical models, and the datamation of the heating furnace process.
