The invention discloses a pre-foaming high-expansion polyurethane caulking compound which is mainly composed of the following raw materials by weight: 18 to 35 parts of polyether polyol, 2 to 15 parts of polyester polyol, 30 to 45 parts of polymethylisocyanate, 8 to 10 parts of dimethyl dimethanamide and 10 to 15 parts of a solvent. The caulking compound has high expansion performance and has a foaming volume reaching 70 to 80 times, one time greater that of a traditional caulking compound, and production cost is reduced.
