alloy layer can be well attached to a
welding spot after
welding, residues of the tin wire after welding are transparent, the tin wire is not brittle, not prone to powdering and not sticky, the problem that production lines and products are polluted by
rosin after welding is solved, meanwhile, the activity of the tin wire is excellent, and the service life of the tin wire is prolonged. According to the tin wire, the different proportions of the
softening agent in the soldering flux layer are changed, so that the manufactured tin wire can be suitable for different temperature conditions.
