ginsenoside is immobilized on the adsorption resin microspheres, the adsorption resin microspheres are of a porous structure, and the average 
pore diameter of the adsorption resin microspheres is 3-20 nm. The preparation method of the adsorption material comprises the following steps: synthesizing adsorption resin microspheres; modifying the adsorption resin microspheres, wherein the modification mode is double-bond epoxidation modification or 
benzene ring chloromethylation modification; and immobilizing 
ginsenoside. According to the invention, by immobilizing 
ginsenoside on the adsorption resin microspheres, the aperture structure of the adsorption resin microspheres is matched with the 
molecular size of a target adsorption chemotherapeutic 
drug so as to achieve the relative 
specific adsorption capacity of the adsorption resin microspheres to the chemotherapeutic 
drug, and the ginsenoside has an 
antibacterial effect, so that the risk of blood-borne infection can be reduced, and the application safety of the ginsenoside in the field of 
blood purification can be improved; and the adsorption material disclosed by the invention, the adsorption removal rate of 
chemotherapeutic drugs reaches 90% or above, and the 
hemolysis rate is less than 5%.
