The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly adopting a hydrothermal method to prepare nano-level molecular sieve; putting the synthesized nano-level molecular sieve in a solvent, and dispersing the molecular sieve into uniform molecular sieve suspending liquid through ultrasound, wherein the mass fraction of the molecular sieve in the suspending liquid is 5-15%; uniformly coating the molecular sieve suspending liquid on an organic supporting body; drying the organic supporting body at the temperature of 20-60 DEG C to form a molecular sieve membrane; and repeating the coating for 2-4 times. Surface modification is performed on the organic supporting body by adopting methods such as plasma induction, silane coating and the like to modify the surface hydrophily. The method can be used for preparing a large-area molecular sieve / organic composite membrane; a prepared membrane can be assembled into a spirally coiled component; and the preparation method is beneficial for industrial magnification, and has a higher industrial application value. A better separation effect can be achieved when the prepared molecular sieve / organic composite membrane is used for the infiltration and vaporization of an organic water solution system.

The invention discloses a periodic peristaltic agitation method from the point of bionics and according to the principle of intestinal peristalsis and periodic stimulation effect. One or more devices generating periodic peristalsis is distributed in a reactor. The internal part of the device is isolated from materials in the reactor by using elastic materials. The elastic materials are controlledto be periodically expanded and contracted through the movement of the materials in the device. When the elastic materials are expanded, the points of the elastic materials in contact with the materials move along the direction of the materials to generate normal acting force which is perpendicular to the movement direction and is applied to the materials, so materials move along the direction ofthe normal acting force under the pushing effect of the acting force; and when the elastic materials are contracted, the movement direction of the materials is reverse. Thereby, with the periodic expansion and contraction of the materials in the device, the materials in the reactor alternately do peristaltic movement under the periodic normal acting force. The method strengths heat transfer and mass transfer through the normal acting force, is suitable for reactors for chemical industry, microorganism fermentation, cell culture and the like and can be industrially scaled.

The method can be realized at a relatively low temperature, and the problem of deterioration of the mechanical properties of a titanium alloy matrix due to a conventional heat treatment method is solved. A TiO2 film material prepared by the method has the good biological activity and can rapidly induce hydroxyapatite to deposit on the surface in simulated body fluid. In addition, elementary substance Ag is uniformly distributed in the TiO2 film, and the excellent antibacterial ability is given to the film material.
