The invention relates to a sweet potato primary pulp fermented beverage and a technological method. The technological method comprises the following steps of (1) thoroughly cleaning sweet potatoes, and soaking the cleaned sweet potatoes with a
sodium hypochlorite disinfecting solution for disinfection for 20 minutes; (2) preparing a multi-functional compound solution; (3) breaking the treated sweet potatoes for the first time, adding the multi-functional compound solution, and performing
filtration with a 90-120-mesh pressurized
sieve so as to realize residue-pulp separation; (4) conveying sweet
potato starch pulp into a standing
thin layer of a clean precipitating tank, and performing natural quick
precipitation on
starch for 30 minutes; and (5) according to the operation, repeatedly utilizing natural
precipitation or centrifuging to take primary pulp broken sweet potatoes after
starch is obtained, and completing a group of
processing cycles. According to the sweet potato primary pulpfermented beverage and a technological method disclosed by the invention,
discharge solutions during production of sweet
potato starch are in efficient
bioconversion through a
fermentation technique,
protein and massive micro nutrients are enriched, a fresh yam primary pulp purely natural instant
solid beverage is made according to a conventional beverage
processing procedure, waste is turned into wealth, zero
discharge of waste water during traditional
