The energy-consumption braking control module of a three-phase asynchronous motor is characterized in that the single chip control unit detects the work state of the motor by the work conduction angle of the voltage output unit, and a preset program controls the size of the conduction angle so as to regulate the output time and magnitude of the direct-current voltage required by braking. A high-speed train shaft-mounted brake disc with a slider structure comprises a disc body, a disc hub, pressing plates and fasteners. The disc body and the disc hub are each provided with teeth which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction. Each tooth is provided with an installation hole. The installation holes formed in the disc body and the disc hub are fixed through the fasteners. The high-speed train shaft-mounted brake disc further comprises sliders. Each slider comprises an upper end and a lower end which are of a concentric step cylindrical shaft structure. Each slider is provided with a through hole penetrating through the corresponding upper end and the corresponding lower end. The outer diameter of each upper end is smaller than that of the corresponding lower end. Each installation hole comprises a bolt hole body and a slider hole body. The slider hole bodies are formed at intervals. The upper end of each slider is inserted in the corresponding slider hole body in the disc body. The lower end of each slider is inserted in the corresponding slider hole body in the disc hub. According to the high-speed train shaft-mounted brake disc, the structure of an original brake disc is changed, and the sliders are additionally arranged on the basis of maintaining the disc body, the disc hub, the pressing plates and the fasteners. It can be directly guaranteed that the disc body and the disc hub cannot rotate relatively through the sliders. Meanwhile, the risk of breakage of bolts is lowered indirectly.

Disclosed are a multi-wheel-train brake system and a control method thereof. An antiskid control box conducts logical operation on brake pressure state signals output by hydraulic pressure relays and speed state signals of an airplane, and whether the airplane is in a low-speed and low-energy state or other states is determined; when the airplane is in a low-speed and low-energy state, the antiskid control box controls electro-hydraulic pressure servo valves not to output the brake pressure to a left front airplane wheel set and a right front airplane wheel set, and the left front airplane wheel set and the right front airplane wheel set are forbidden from braking; and under the other conditions, the left front airplane wheel set, the right front airplane wheel set, a left rear airplane wheel set and a right rear airplane wheel set carry out braking. The characteristic of the large brake torque of brake main airplane wheels of a carbon brake disc in the low-speed and low-energy stage of the airplane is fully utilized, under the premise that the using requirements of the airplane for the brake system are met, and the brake times of the brake airplane wheel sets are decreased by decreasing the number of the airplane wheel sets, so that the problem of serious abrasion of the carbon brake disc in a low speed is solved, and accordingly the service life of the brake main airplane wheels is prolonged.
