According to the present invention, after the roses are subjected to dry distillation dewatering, the obtained aromatic plant rose cell water has characteristics of full top note, long fragrance lasting time, simple process, mild fragrance, fragrance close to natural rose aroma, and no flocculent precipitate generation, and can be used as the raw material for production of food, cosmetics and health products; the dried rose collected after the dry distillation has bright color, does not generate yellowing or browning, and is slightly different from the color and the aroma of fresh rose so as to substantially ensure the quality; and the process is simple, the energy consumption is substantially reduced compared to the existing method, and the characteristics of environmental protection and low cost are provided.
