Method for preparing TiO2@SiO2 coaxial nanotube

Belonging to the technical field of nano-material preparation, the invention relates to a method for preparing a TiO2@SiO2 coaxial nanotube. The method comprises three steps: (1) spinning solution preparation: mixing polyvinylpyrrolidone, ethyl orthosilicate, absolute ethanol and chloroform so as to form a shell layer spinning solution, and mixing sesame oil, sorbitan oleate and butyl titanate soas to form an intermediate layer spinning solution; (2) preparation of a [sesame oil+Span-80+Ti(OC4H9)4]@[PVP+TEOS] coaxial hollow composite fiber: employing a coaxial electrospinning technology and using a three-layer coaxial spinning head, placing the shell layer spinning solution in an outer tube of the apparatus, putting the intermediate layer spinning solution in an intermediate tube of the apparatus, and leaving the inner tube empty and communicated with the atmosphere; (3) preparation of a TiO2@SiO2 coaxial nanotube: subjecting the coaxial hollow composite fiber to heat treatment so asto obtain the TiO2@SiO2 coaxial nanotube with an average diameter of 650nm. For the obtained TiO2@SiO2 coaxial nanotube, the hollow part has a diameter of 530nm, the inner wall is crystalline TiO2 and has thickness of 30nm, while the shell layer is non-crystalline SiO2 and has thickness of 30nm and length of over 20 micrometers. The method provided in the invention is simple and practicable, thusboasting wide application prospects.

Preparation method of high-aluminum content, alkali-free and chlorine-free setting accelerator

The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-aluminum content, alkali-free and chlorine-free setting accelerator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1), uniformly mixing2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, acrylamide, acrylic acid, sodium hydroxide, an initiator, a crosslinking agent with water to obtain an aqueous phase; uniformly mixing cyclohexane with sorbitan oleate to obtain an oil phase; heating the oil phase to 50-70 DEG C, then dropwise adding the aqueous phase, performing a polymerization reaction for 5-10 hours, then filtering and drying to obtain a dissolution promoter; (2), uniformly mixing aluminum sulfate, the dissolution promoter with water, standing still for 1 h, continuing to add alcohol amine, a pH regulator and a rheological agent,then heating to 60-80 DEG C, reacting for 3-6 h, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the high-aluminum content, alkali-free and chlorine-free setting accelerator. According to the preparation method, through use of the dissolution promoter, the content of the aluminum sulfate is increased; the alkali-free ad chlorine-free setting accelerator prepared through modification can greatly improvethe 1d compressive strength of cement mortar and can improve comprehensive performance, such as the stability and the like, of a product.

Method for preparing TiO2/SiO2 aerogel microspheres by emulsion method

The invention relates to a method for preparing TiO2/SiO2 aerogel microspheres by an emulsion method. The method for preparing TiO2/SiO2 aerogel microspheres by the emulsion method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing titanium dioxide suspension; (2) preparing a silicon dioxide alcoholic solution; (3) mixing the titanium dioxide suspension and the silicon dioxide alcoholic solution, adding formamide in the mixture, and stirring to obtain mixed sol; (4) preparing an oil phase by using sorbitan oleate, polysorbate, n-butyl alcohol and n-heptane; (5) adding the mixed sol in the oil phase under the condition of stirring, adding ammonia water to regulate pH value, and centrifugally separating to obtain TiO2/SiO2 aerogel microspheres; and (6) adding a cyclohexane solution of trimethylchlorosilane in the TiO2/SiO2 aerogel microspheres, carrying out surface treatment, and drying after ageing to obtain the finished product. According to the method disclosed by the invention, reaction conditions are mild, requirements on equipment are not high, and the TiO2/SiO2 aerogel microspheres prepared by the method do not have cracks, are high in transparency, good in super-hydrophobic property and infrared thermal reflectivity and low in thermal conductivity, and have a wide application prospect in the building fields of coatings, coiled materials and the like.

Especially, the invention relates to a preparation method of spherical water-absorbent resin, which comprises the following steps: step one, preparation of a water-phase solution, that is, preparing an alkali aqueous solution, then adding the aqueous solution into monomer methacrylic acid or its ester derivatives, stirring for dissolution to obtain mother liquor; adding a cross-linking agent, an initiator and an optional polymerization promoter into the mother liquor to obtain the water-phase solution; step two, preparation of an oil-phase solution, that is, adding ethyl cellulose, monoglyceride stearate, or sorbitan oleate into a solvent, uniformly stirring to obtain the oil-phase solution; step three, preparing the spherical water-absorbent resin by using a polymerization device. The spherical water-absorbent resin synthesized by the method of the invention is uniform in size, and spherical water-absorbent resins with different sizes can be obtained by adjusting the pore size and number of a screen mesh in the polymerization device; the preparation method and the device are simple; the reaction time is shortened greatly, and the yield is high.

Thickening agent and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a thickening agent. The structure formula of the thickening agent is shown in the specification, wherein n is equal to 10-15, m is equal to 8-20, and n and m are integers. The preparation of the thickening agent comprises the following steps of: mixing crylic acid, N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide and 1-dodecanethiol and regulating a pH value to 6.5-7.5 at a low temperature; adding kerosene, sorbide oleate, azodiisobutyronitrile and octadecyl acrylate under the protection of nitrogen, emulsifying, warming and reacting; finally, adding polyoxyethylene sorbitan oleate for reverse emulsification, discharging and instantly obtaining a salt resistant thickening agent. A small amount of octadecyl hydrophobic long chain is introduced on an ammonium polyacrylate main chain, so that a thickening agent with better temperature resistance and salt resistance can be obtained. Through the hydrophobic association action among the variety of polymer molecules, macromolecule chains are cross-linked to form a space net structure with certain strength, so that the thickening agent is provided with great hydrodynamic volume and very strong viscosity enhancement property; and the inorganic salt resistance and temperature resistance performances are enhanced through the reversible space net structure formed by the hydrophobic association action.
