electric arc control system and method. The intelligent self-adaptive
electric arc control system comprises an intelligent
cathode, a cooperative
anode, a sensing module and a calculation execution module. The sensing module is used for capturing characteristic
emission spectrum lines generated after
rare earth elements are excited and converting the characteristic
emission spectrum lines into electric signals; and the calculation execution module is used for receiving the
electric signal transmitted by the sensing module and carrying out model calculation on the
electric signal to adjust the closing final speed and the opening initial speed. According to the intelligent self-adaptive arc
control system and method, the health state of the
cathode can be detected in real time, the closing final speed and the opening initial speed are automatically regulated and controlled according to the health state of the
cathode,
dynamic control over the self-adaptive arc is achieved, and the problems that an existing switch device is complex in structure, large in
energy consumption and high in reliability are solved. The development requirements of the high-
voltage vacuum switch equipment are difficult to adapt, and a special intelligent detection and control scheme is lacked.
