The invention discloses a
biomass coated oil-proof paper prepared by gluing a
nanocellulose-reinforced alginate /
starch-based composite oil-proof film and a paper substrate, and a production technologythereof. The production technology comprises the following steps: preparing
nanocellulose by chemical pretreatment,
acid hydrolysis, TEMPO
catalytic oxidation, ultrasonic treatment,
mechanical crushing or a combination thereof; producing the composite oil-proof film by using
starch and
sodium alginate as an oil-proof film forming substrate, glycerin as a
plasticizer and
nanocellulose as a reinforcing component; and
casting the composite oil-proof
film material to form the film, and bonding the film and the paper substrate to produce the
biomass coated oil-proof paper. The nanocellulose, alginate and
starch have good compatibility when compounded, and the addition of the nanocellulose makes the alginate and starch closely cross-linked, so the strength, the oil resistance and the
thermal stability of the alginate / starch-based composite oil-proof film are effectively improved. The
biomass coated oil-proof paper produced by
casting film formation and bonding has a
smooth surface, can be firmly combined, has no crease phenomenon, has no
delamination, and can be naturally degraded.
