electrode group is coated in the battery shell; the
electrode group is formed by superposing a plurality of positive plates, negative plates and diaphragms; the positive plate is coated with a high-
nickel positive
electrode material composition, the negative plate is coated with a
silicon-based negative
electrode material composition, and the high-
nickel positive
electrode material is adopted to be matched with the
silicon-based negative electrode material, so that the
energy density of the single battery reaches 281Wh / kg, and the capacity is kept at 80% after the single battery is charged and discharged at the rate of 1C for 350 times at the
room temperature; a
lithium-rich positive electrode material is adopted to be matched with the
silicon-based negative electrode material, so that the
energy density of a single battery reaches 302Wh / kg, and the capacity is kept at 80% after the single battery is charged and discharged at the rate of 0.5C for 195 times at the
room temperature circulation. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a battery cloud platform management method,
model parameter changes of a polarization link are considered, battery
safety design is guided through model research, battery manufacturing process parameters are controlled through a digital intelligent
manufacturing technology, and the battery manufacturing consistency is guaranteed.
