The corn alcohol-soluble protein/polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber membrane is a cell culture carrier material, which comprises biodegradable natural polymer corn alcohol-soluble protein and polyvinyl alcohol as a biocompatible high polymer. The transverse dimension of a ribbon-like corn alcohol-soluble protein/polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber is 625 to 3,920 nanometers; and the nanofibers are stacked into the nanofiber membrane randomly. The corn alcohol-soluble protein/polyvinyl alcohol nanofiber membrane is made through electrostatic spinning process, the preparation method is simple and effective, preparation equipment is simple, the stability is high, and indexes such as the diameters of the nanofibers and the porosity of a membrane material and the like can be regulated through changes of the condition of the electrostatic spinning process. The experiment proves that compared with a common PC (polycarbonate) plate, the corn alcohol-soluble protein nanofiber membrane material contributes to proliferation of mouse embryonic stem cells, and the diameter of the stem cell clone cultured for 5 days reaches 100 micrometers. Moreover, the nanofiber membrane can be recycled after being steamed and pressed for 30 minutes at 120 DEG C.

The invention provides a novel dual-layer nerve conduit. The novel dual-layer nerve conduit consists of an electrospin decellularization pig nerve substrate conduit layer, and a PLCL layer arranged onthe outer layer of the electrospin decellularization pig nerve substrate conduit layer. Besides, the invention provides a preparation method of the novel dual-layer nerve conduit. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) pretreating pig nerves; (2) performing decellularization on the pretreated pig nerves; (3) performing crushing and drying treatment on nerves after being subjected to decellularization; (4) performing electrostatic spinning on the dual-layer nerve conduit layer; and (5) performing post-treatment on the dual-layer nerve conduit layer. The novel dual-layer nerve conduit prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has good biocompatibility and favorable machinery support; an inner-layer decellularization matrix contains various kinds of functional proteins, including collagen, proteoglycan, glycosaminoglycans and nerve growth factors, proliferation, migration and axon growth of schwann cells can be promoted, and the outer-layer PLCL can also effectively prevent hyperplasia of fibrous connective tissue and invasion of surrounding tissue.

The strontium-doped hydroxyapatite ridge rodlike structure coating is prepared by adopting the method, the specific surface area of the coating is enlarged, and the coating is relatively good in wetting property; meanwhile, the dissolution characteristic of the coating is changed due to strontium ion doping, and a new direction is opened up for preparation and application of a modified hydroxyapatite bio-coating.
