The shell is installed on the rotating shafts. An angle sensor A is arranged at the tail end of each rotating shaft and measures the rotating angle of the shell. A control device is arranged in the shell. The signal output end of each angle sensor A outputs signals to the control device. The control device controls the rotating power boxes to drive the fan blades to rotate according to angle signals fed back by the angle sensors A. A power output shaft is arranged on the side face of the shell. The power generation device can be widely applied to various flowing water areas, and the investment cost is low.
