The invention discloses a
processing technology for prolonging antibacterial and
mildew-proof performance of a cotton and linen blended fabric, and relates to the technical field of blended fabric
processing. The
processing technology specifically comprises the following steps of 1, pretreating cotton fibers; 2, preparing
manganese dioxide nanowires; 3, uniformly mixing the
manganese dioxide nanowires and the pretreated cotton fibers,
drying, adding nano-silver into molten paraffin to obtain a paraffin
mixed solution, and adding a mixture into the paraffin
mixed solution for vacuum impregnation; 4, blending the antibacterial cotton fibers, linen fibers and
polyester fibers, and processing to obtain the finished cotton and linen blended fabric. According to the processing technology, the mixture of the pretreated cotton fibers and the
manganese dioxide nanowires is used as a carrier, the nano-
silver particles are added into the molten
liquid paraffin, vacuum and impregnation treatment is carried out, so that the nano-silver and the paraffin permeate into gaps of the pretreated cotton fibers together, leakage and loss of the nano-silver are limited, and therefore, the
antibacterial property of the blended fabric can be effectively prolonged.
