The invention discloses a
solid phase extraction pressurizing device which comprises a sliding table. A
piston is arranged in each pressurizing sleeve on a supporting seat on the sliding table, a pressurizing cavity is formed between each
piston and a closed end of the corresponding pressurizing sleeve, the outer end of a
piston rod on each piston is fixedly mounted on a mounting seat, a gas
pipe is connected with the closed end of each pressurizing sleeve, one end of each gas
pipe is communicated with the corresponding pressurizing cavity, the other end of each gas
pipe is used for being communicated with a small
solid phase extraction column, and each pressurizing sleeve on the supporting seat can be driven by a sliding driving mechanism on the mounting seat to move back and forth on the outsides of the corresponding piston and the corresponding
piston rod, so that the volume of the pressurizing cavity in each pressurizing sleeve can be driven to be gradually reduced or gradually increased, and gas in each pressurizing cavity can be squeezed into the corresponding small
solid phase extraction column when the volume of the pressurizing cavity is gradually reduced. The
solid phase extraction pressurizing device has the advantages that the
solid phase extraction pressurizing device is convenient to use, the experiment speeds can be increased, and the experiment accuracy can be improved.
