The method has the advantages that in-situ annealing can be performed in the film formation process, continuous vacuuming is not needed, the preparation time is shortened, the energy consumption is reduced, the filming efficiency is high, the charge capture trap in the film is reduced, and the carrier mobility is increased.

The pulse-type anaerobic baffled reactor comprises the anaerobic baffled reactor, the water collecting tank and a water pump. Through the intermittent operation of the reflux water pump, impulse is endowed onto the water flow in the anaerobic baffled reactor to form impact on anaerobes at the bottom of the anaerobic baffled reactor, or the linear speed of the water flow in the anaerobic baffled reactor is improved when thewaste water quantity is lower, thereby promoting the full mixing of the waste water and anaerobic sludge; and shown by results, the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) removal ratio of the waste water by the anaerobic baffled reactor is improved by 18-32%, and the methane output is improved by 15-29%; meanwhile, the cost of waste water treatment is reduced.
