Petroleum ether is adopted as a solvent, the allelochemical substance is extracted from the ruppia maritima, during extraction, the extraction operation is conducted on the ruppia maritima three times by adopting the petroleum ether at 15-30 DEG C according to the ratio of 1:10 (m:v), after the extraction operation, organic phase materials are mixed, through pressure reduction and concentration, an organic solvent is volatilized, and the allelochemical substance of the ruppia maritima is obtained; after dilution, the allelochemical substance is applied to algal inhibition. It is shown through an experiment result that the allelochemical substance extracted from the ruppia maritima by adopting the petroleum ether has an efficient inhibiting effect on microcystis aeruginosa, the addition quantity of the allelochemical substance is 90-200 mg/L, the rate of inhibiting the microcystis aeruginosa is 50-95%, and under the condition of the inhibiting rate after seven and a half days, the concentration of the allelochemical substance is 92 mg/L. After 30 days, the allelochemical substance can be naturally degraded and cannot cause secondary pollution to a water environment. The extraction method has the advantage of being simple, high in ecological safety and the like, and provides the scientific basis for inhibiting methods for cyanobacterial bloom by utilizing the allelochemical substance in the water environment protection field.
