The invention relates to hemostatic and antibacterial PU (polyurethane) dressing and preparation method thereof. The PU dressing comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 30-50 parts ofdehydrated polyethylene glycol, 1-10 parts of chitosan, 1-10 parts of usnic acid, 5-10 parts of 1% acetum, 1-5 parts of glycerol, 20-40 parts of toluene diisocyanate, 0.5-2 parts of nano-titanium dioxide, 1-20 parts of polyether polyol, 0.5-1.5 parts of stannous octoate, 0.5-1.5 parts of dimethylethanolamine and 0.5-5.0 parts of a silicon surfactant. The preparation method of the PU dressing comprises the following steps: A, weighing the chitosan and the usnic acid, adding the chitosan and the usnic acid into the 1% acetum, stirring the 1% acetum to dissolve the chitosan and the usnic acid, performing standing after the chitosan and the usnic acid are completely dissolved and filtering out undissolved substances, so as to obtain solution A; B, preparing a prepolymer: mixing the solution A,the dehydrated polyethylene glycol, the glycerol and the toluene diisocyanate, stirring the mixture and performing a reaction under a heat preservation condition, so as to obtain the prepolymer; C, foaming: uniformly mixing the polyether polyol, the stannous octoate, the dimethylethanolamine and the silicon surfactant, adding the nano-titanium dioxide into the mixture, stirring the mixture, adding the prepolymer into the mixture, uniformly mixing the mixture, foaming the mixture and curing the foamed mixture, so as to obtain the PU dressing. The PU dressing provided by the invention not onlyhas a hemostatic function, but also has broad spectrum bactericidal property.
