The invention relates to a method for extracting omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid, bone collagen and active calcium from a cod bone. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out pretreatment of cleaning, drying, crushing, removing stinking smell, degreasing and the like on the cod bone, so as to obtain a fat-soluble component to extract the polyunsaturated fatty acid; extracting the bone collagen and the active calcium from filtered solid matter components; preparing bone collagen powder from the solid matter components by the procedures of NaCO3 treatment, decalcification, hot melting, enzymolysis, refined filtration, concentration, sterilization, drying and the like, wherein the calcium citrate salt from the bone collagen after decalcification is in a solution state; adding a vitamin D and a vitamin E after concentrating in vacuum at high pressure; evenly mixing, demodulating by dextrin, and drying to prepare the calcium citrate powder; fabricating a microcapsule from the fat-soluble components by fractionation and oil refining, so as to obtain the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the cod bone is comprehensively developed and utilized, three health-care products with high added value are co-generated, and the method is reliable in principle, environmental in process, low in cost and broad in market prospect.
