The invention discloses a preparation method and application of an organic
silicon modified aluminum-
zirconium /
titanium bimetallic composite
fluorine removal agent (CSAZ / CSAT), and belongs to the technical field of
water treatment.
Zirconium tetrachloride or diluted
titanium tetrachloride is compounded with aluminum
chloride to construct a bimetallic framework. Meanwhile,
vinyltriethoxysilane (VTES) is introduced as an organic modifier, and heterogeneous copolymerization is carried out on an organic
silicon hydrolysate and
metal hydroxyl by controlling the dripping rate and the
reaction temperature. According to the
fluorine removal agent, by utilizing the bridging effect of organic
silicon and the synergistic effect of double metals, the adsorption, complexation and net capture capacities on
fluorine ions are remarkably enhanced. Experiments show that when the
molar ratio of Al to Zr is 9: 1 (CSAZ) or the
molar ratio of Al to Ti is 14: 1 (CSAT), the defluorination effect is optimal. When the agent is applied, the pH value does not need to be adjusted, a coagulant aid does not need to be added, efficient removal of fluorine ions can be achieved only through a
single agent, the agent has the advantages of being low in dosage, neutral in
effluent pH value and the like, and the industrial problems that a traditional fluorine removal process is long in process, large in acid and alkali consumption and difficult in
sludge treatment are effectively solved.
