Belonging to the field of preparation of polymer materials and polymer ion exchange membranes thereof, the invention relates to a Cardo structure-containing isatin aromatic hydrocarbon copolymer, a preparation method and application thereof. Specifically, by means of superacid catalyzed hydroxyalkylation polycondensation reaction, isatin, 9, 9-disubstituted fluorene and aromatic hydrocarbon are subjected to a multi-component copolymerization reaction to synthesize an isatin-aromatic hydrocarbon copolymer containing Cardo structure and ammonium cations, so that an electrolyte solution and a tough anion exchange membrane can be conveniently prepared, and the polymerization reaction is simple and practicable. A large-volume Cardo structure is introduced into the polymer, thus reducing the adsorption on a catalyst surface and improving the fuel cell performance; an isatin structure is introduced for crosslinking or functionalization so as to further improve the chemical stability and mechanical properties. The copolymer electrolyte solution and the ion exchange membrane have high ionic conductivity, excellent alkali resistance / oxidation resistance and mechanical properties, and have wide application in fuel cells, energy storage batteries, electrolysis and other electrochemical devices or membrane separation related fields.

Novel synthetic cationic vegetable oil fat liquor and preparation method thereof

Disclosed are a novel synthetic cationic vegetable oil fat liquor and a preparation method thereof. The novel synthetic cationic vegetable oil fat liquor is prepared from rapeseed oil, methanol, ethanolamine and quaternary ammonium salt ETA (epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) by transesterification between the rapeseed oil and the methanol, amidation reaction between rapeseed oil fatty acid methyl ester and the ethanolamine and reaction between quaternization reagent and a product obtained from amidation reaction. The novel synthetic cationic vegetable oil fat liquor and the preparation method have the advantages that by means of an internal emulsification method, cationic active groups are introduced into rapeseed oil molecular structures, and accordingly, the novel synthetic cationic vegetable oil fat liquor is high in dilution-resisting, acid-resisting, alkali-resisting and chromic-salt-resisting stability; permeation and even distribution of chromium can be promoted, chromium absorption of rawhide is increased, and the novel synthetic cationic vegetable oil fat liquor can serve as a pre-fat-liquoring material before chrome tanning; the novel synthetic cationic vegetable oil fat liquor has excellent oil and color fixation performance, thereby being a preferred material serving as leather dyeing and oil and color fixing after fat liquoring.

According to the invention, a poly(fluorenyl ether nitrile) polymer with a benzyl methyl group is produced by a nucleophilic polycondensation reaction; then a poly(fluorenyl ether nitrile) polymer with benzyl bromide is produced by a bromination reaction; then a poly(fluorenyl ether nitrile) polymer with functionalized cationic groups is produced by a quaternization reaction; at last, through adding a crosslinked agent, the poly(fluorenyl ether nitrile) crosslinked anion exchange membrane material with functionalized cationic groups is produced by a solution blending method. At 80 DEG C, the ionic conductivity is 0.051S / cm-0.089S / cm; at 30 DEG C, the methanol permeability coefficient is 0.96x10<-7>cm<2>s<-1>-1.56x10<-7>cm<2>s<-1>. After being soaked in a NaOH solution with the concentration of 2mol / L at 60 DEG C for 10 days, the crosslinked membrane remains the ionic conductivity of 60.0-77.5%, indicating that the crosslinked anion exchange membrane has excellent stability in alkali resistance. Compared with a perfluorosulfonic acid film, the composite proton exchange membrane produced in the invention is lower in cost and easy to be industrialized and can be applied in the fuel cell field.
