The preparation method comprises titanate nanoribbons mainly exposing a {010} crystal face are used as raw material and are roasted at high temperature to prepare the product. The preparation processes of the titanate nanoribbons mainly exposing the {010} crystal face mainly includes four processes: hydrothermal reaction, alcohol assisting self-assembly reaction, water washing and drying.
