To overcome the above problems, the surface of an aluminum foil is subjected to coarsening at first, and then laser perforation of the aluminum foil is carried out; and after usage of the penetrated aluminum foil, the above problems are solved, and the service life of lithium ion batteries is substantially prolonged.
