The invention discloses radix puerariae and pumpkin noodles and a making method thereof. The radix puerariae and pumpkin noodles comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of radix puerariae, 25-35 parts of pumpkins, 30-40 parts of
wheat flour, 1-5 parts of table salt, 1-5 parts of haws, 5-10 parts of

shiitake mushrooms. The making method comprises the following steps of performing pulverization on the radix puerariae and the

softened water to the table salt so as to obtain a brine solution; and putting the radix puerariae and lotus leaf pretreatment substances, the pumpkin, haw and sweet potato leaf paste and the white
fungus and shiitake
mushroom powder into a dough mixer to be dry-mixed with the
wheat flour, spraying the brine solution into the dough mixer, and performing the procedures of stirring,
ageing, tabletting,
calendering,
slicing,
drying,
cutting off, weighing and packaging so as to obtain the radix puerariae and pumpkin noodles. The radix puerariae and pumpkin noodles and the making method thereof disclosed by the invention have the advantages that the raw materials are extensive in sources, the preparation process is simple, the cost is low, the
nutrition is high, and the radix puerariae and pumpkin noodles are particularly suitable for obese people, diabetes patients, middle-aged people and old people to eat.
