The method comprises the following steps: 1) selecting a scion; 2) selecting a rootstock; 3) performing grafting to obtain hylocereus undulates seedlings; 4) planting the hylocereus undulates: planting the hylocereus undulates seedlings in a greenhouse nursery; 5) performing planting management: applying a fertilizer for the first time before flower buds of the hylocereus undulates are differentiated; picking buds in the middle stage of flower bud differentiation and 1-3 days before a flowering stage; performing artificialpollination in the flowering stage; applying a fertilizer for the second time in the early stage of a fruit setting stage; and applying a fertilizer for the third time in the middle stage of the fruitsetting stage; and 6) bearing fruits. The cultivating method disclosed by the invention has a high fruiting rate, fruits are large and have good quality, and therefore the method improves a yield ofthe hylocereus undulates and increases planting benefits.
