coating, a primer
coating, a first
corrosion resisting layer, a substrate, a second
corrosion resisting layer and a back
coating which are arranged in a sequential-laminated manner, wherein the strength of
graphene in the first corrosion resisting layer is matched with damage resistance of
wax powder, so that the first corrosion resisting layer is high in
hardness and dense in structure, intrusion of water andoxygen is effectively prevented, and the probability of corrosion of the substrate is lowered; talcum
powder, the
wax powder and
titanium dioxide are matched with one another, so that the
chemical stability of the first corrosion resisting layer is improved, and the occurrence of corrosion is reduced;
methyl cellulose is matched with
polyvinyl alcohol, thus, the second corrosion resisting layer is good in film forming property, the
toughness is improved, and precipitated
barium sulfate can be uniformly dispersed in the second corrosion resisting layer and is free of agglomeration. According to the nano-
graphene color-coated plate provided by the invention, nano graphene is added into the first and second corrosion resisting
layers, excellent mechanical properties,
chemical stability and hydrophobicity of the graphene are fully utilized, and the global corrosion resistance of the color-coated plate is improved.
