The preparation method comprises: grinding juglans regia into powder, mixing with dimethyl formamide, carrying out a heating treatment and an ultrasonic treatment, adding the other half part by weight of dimethyl formamide to the first ultrasonic solution, carrying out a heating treatment and an ultrasonic treatment to obtain a second ultrasonic solution, adding deionized water to montmorillonite, carrying out a heating treatment and an ultrasonic treatment to obtain a third ultrasonic solution, mixing the second ultrasonic solution and the third ultrasonic solution, adding disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, carrying out heating stirring, and carrying out spray drying to obtain the chemical industry sewage strengthening treatment coagulant. According to the present invention, SS, COD, BOD, organic substances and the like in the sewage can be effectively removed, the suspended solids in the sewage are efficiently removed, the turbidity is significantly decreased, and the water is clear.
