The fresh beans are pre-cooled to reduce field heat after being harvested and are sorted to remove beans with mechanical injuries, defects, diseases and pests, and then the left beans are stored into PE (poly ethylene) preservation bags with the thickness of 20 to 40 microns; 1-MCP (methyl cyclopentenolone) with the equivalent concentration of 0.5 to 2.0 micro-liter / L is added into the preservation bags; the preservation bags are bundled and fumigated at 15 to 20 DEG C for 2 to 4 hours, and then are opened; the fresh beans are pre-cooled for 24 to 48 hours in a fresh-keeping storehouse with the temperature of 10+ / -1 DEG C and the relative humidity of greater than or equal to 85 percent, and then are stored in the fresh-keeping storehouse with the temperature of 9+ / -1 DEG C and the relative humidity of greater than and equal to 85 percent.
