The screen comprises: a flexible transparent substrate made of polyethylene terephthalate or polyimide film; a chiral perovskite nanocrystal composite layer; an inorganic oxide protective layer composed of SiO₂ or Al₂O₃; and a composite reflective layer comprising: a TiO₂ nanorod array layer located on the substrate surface; and a reflectance enhancement layer doped with 1-10 vol% rhodamine 6G or coumarin derivatives covering the surface of the TiO₂ nanorod array layer. By using a high-transmittance, low-roughness polyester or polyimide material on the flexible transparent substrate, combined with the surface-grown TiO₂ nanorod array and chiral perovskite nanocrystal composite layer, the light reflection efficiency and imaging contrast are significantly improved. Furthermore, the optimized light extraction path, achieved through a microprism structure, enhances the efficiency of X-ray conversion to visible light.

The invention discloses an orange fluorescent silicon nanodot, a preparation method thereof and an application of the orange fluorescent silicon nanodot in mitochondrial imaging in living cells, the method comprises the following steps: S1, dissolving tetramethyl rhodamine methyl ester in ultrapure water, then adding N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, uniformly stirring, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the obtained mixture; and S2, cooling after the reaction is finished, purifying the product by using a chromatographic column, eluting by using an eluent, collecting the eluent, and drying to obtain the orange fluorescent silicon nanodot. The silicon nanodot provided by the invention has the advantages of good light stability, high quantum yield and the like, and can be successfully applied to positioning imaging of mitochondria in living cells; compared with common blue-green fluorescence, orange fluorescence has better tissue penetrating ability and background interference resistance; the O-SiNDs prepared by the invention also has the property similar to that of lipophilic cations, and can realize high-specificity targeted marking on mitochondria of living cells.

A sulforhodamine peroxynitrite probe containing an indole base ring, and a preparation method and application thereof

The application belongs to the field of fluorescent sensing, and discloses a sulfur rhodamine peroxynitrite probe containing an indole bottom ring, a preparation method and application thereof. The new compound SR-In of the application is not fluorescent due to PET effect, and generates a new fluorescent substance, thioxanthone, after reacting with peroxynitrite. Since the spectral range of sulfur rhodamine and thioxanthone is completely different, the fluorescent signal can be greatly changed before and after detection, and high-sensitivity detection of peroxynitrite is realized. In addition, the indole bottom ring in the structure of SR-In can only be combined with peroxynitrite and oxidized into thioxanthone, so SR-In does not react with other common active oxygen in the organism, and good peroxynitrite selectivity is shown.
