The invention discloses high-abrasion-resistance anti-dust cylinder liner
casting technology. The
casting technology is characterized by including following
alloy elements of 3.0-3.3% of C, 2.1-2.4% of Si, 0.8-1.1% of Mn, 0.1-0.2% of P, 0.02-0.08% of S, 0.35-0.45% of Ti, 0.2-0.4% of Sb, 0.8-1.1% Cu, 0.25-0.35% of Cr and 90.62- 92.38% of Fe. A production technology method includes: firstly,
processing the Ti and Sb into synthetic particles 2-3mm in size for standby application; secondly, compounding and
smelting alloy proportionally, adding the synthetic particles proportionally when the
smelting temperature reaches to 1550 DEG C, purifying for 6 minutes after the particles are added, then performing
inoculation twice by inoculating an inoculant in a bale prior to inoculating in a pouring
ladle, and controlling the pouring temperature to be 1350-1320 DEG C, pouring speed to be 2kg / s and cooling intensity to be
water cooling for 120 seconds; thirdly, when a blank stripped from a die is at the temperature of 600 DEG C, placing the blank into a solution for
quenching to enable a metallographic structure of a cylinder liner to be changed into a lower
bainite.
