The preparation method comprises: preparing dehydrated allium mongolicum, dehydratedwinter bamboo shoots and dehydrated Pleurotus eryngii; determining the addition amounts of dehydrated allium mongolicum, beef tallow and yeast extract; and conducting batching, packaging, sterilizingand cooling.
