The invention discloses an implantable left ventricular assisting system which comprises an in-vivo module and an in-vitro module. No transmission lines exist between the in-vivo module and the in-vitro module. The in-vitro module comprises a strong current power supply unit, a power supply end power converting unit, a resonant transformation unit, a primary side coil of a loosely coupled transformer, a power supply end weak current power supply unit, a power supply end controller, a switch tube drive unit, an optical coupler isolating unit, a current sampling unit, a power supply end signal conditioning unit, a protecting unit, a battery state display module and a demodulator for receiving battery state information. The in-vivo module comprises an auxiliary side coil of the loosely coupled transformer, a receiving end resonant transformation unit, a receiving end power conversion unit, a receiving end controller, a battery charging management module, a battery, a modulator and a blood pump. The implantable left ventricular assisting system is simple and compact in structure, small in size and lightweight, and subcutaneous wire holes of a patient can be avoided.
