The device allows the fine particle subsided at the bottom of the funnel in a fluidized state without soil hardening and can further generate micro-electrolysis reaction with the waste water, which at the same time reduces power consumption; the grate prevents impurity such as fiber to enter the device and avoids the filler loss.

The forming process comprises the following steps: preparing alloy powder of the iron-based nanocrystalline composite coating; treating the surface of the boiler tail heating surface; preparing the iron-based nanocrystalline composite coating through a simultaneous powder feeding method and a laser-cladding method, wherein the laser cladding is performed for multiple times. The formed iron-based nanocrystalline composite coating is 1 mm above in thickness. The iron-based nanocrystalline composite coating can obviously enhance the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the boiler tail heating surface, and reduce maintenance costs of worn and corroded parts and consumption of raw materials of a power plant.

The invention designs a surface quenching technology of loading wheels in a heat treatment furnace for heating and cooling by water spray quenching after the wheels are out of the furnace. A technical solution is as follows: according to a water spray quenching technology for wheel treads of industrial and mining locomotives, cranes and the like, the wheels are in a rotating state when water is sprayed. An apparatus of the technology adopts a steel beam is set up on a quenching water tank. After induction quenching, a hardening layer and a matrix are obviously layered with a transition layer thin, so that the hardening layer and the matrix are easy to crack when being heavily loaded. However, a transition layer between a hardening layer and a matrix of the wheel treads by the water spray quenching is relatively gentle and reasonable. The treads can bear greater impact and load. A water pump of the technology is put in a water tank; a motor is fixed on the wall of the water tank; a small sprocket wheel drives a large sprocket wheel; the upper side of the large sprocket wheel is connected with a circular turnplate; the center of the circular turnplate is welded with a tapered column for positioning a wheel lifting mould; and the wheels are put on the mould.
