Indirect measurement method for extreme-ultraviolet source irradiance for simulating space environment

The invention discloses a method that measures far ultraviolet irradiance for spatial environmental simulation, comprising steps of: determining a spectral radiance brightness in the strongest direction in a facula generated by the irradiation source; measuring micro-current at the strongest point in a facula and calculating spectral radiance at the point under single wave according to the pectral radiance brightness; solving the pectral radiance in a total wavelength scale as a reference spectral radiance; measuring micro-current at other positions in the facula and obtaining radiance at other positions according to direct proportion of the current and radiance. The measuring method of the invention is simple to operate, and has simple measuring device and low cost. The method at the same time is widely applied to irradiance measurement of far ultraviolet for spatial environmental simulation.
