The invention relates to a recycling method for a waste
lithium ion battery negative
electrode material. The recycling method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a waste
lithium ion battery negative
electrode piece with a separation agent, so as to obtain a mixture of a
copper foil and a stripped negative
electrode carbon material; (2) separating the
copper foil from the negative electrode carbon material, so as to obtain the
copper foil and suspension liquid containing negative electrode carbon material, and separating the suspension liquid and
drying, so as to obtain primary carbon
powder and a separation agent solution; (3) further mixing the primary carbon
powder obtained in the step (2) with a leaching agent so as to obtain mixed liquid, filtering the mixed liquid, and cleaningand
drying filter residues so as to obtain purified carbon
powder and a leaching solution; and (4)
roasting the purified carbon powder obtained in the step (3), so as to obtain high-purity
graphite. Apreparation method is simple, the recycling process is free from
pollution, the recycling cost is low, the industrial production is easy, the purity of the purified
copper foil is 99.9% or above, andthe purify of the prepared
graphite is 99.9% or above.
