The invention discloses a water pump on-line 
energy consumption test analysis method based on a 
wireless sensor network. The water pump on-line 
energy consumption test analysis method can be applied to the industrial field, can accurately and quickly monitor a pump 
system, provides a pump performance report and an 
energy consumption analysis report, and provides a strategy for safe and reliable operation of a unit. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring driving motor parameter data by selecting an 
electric parameter instrument; S2, acquiring a current 
signal of a motor, and obtaining the rotating speed of the motor through 
signal conditioning calculation; S3, selecting a sensor, a flowmeter and the like to collect operation parameter data of a water pump; S4, realizing thecommunication between an instrument and an upper computer, and completing 
data acquisition; and S5, designing the upper 
computer program, completing the pump performance test and the state monitoring, and managing 
test data. By the adoption of the 
wireless technology, the problems that signals of a 
monitoring system are easy to interfere and wiring is inconvenient are solved, and installation anddisassembly is convenient. A 
system can be applied to different monitoring objects, so that the universality, transportability and economy of the 
system are high.
