desorption solution of 60%
ethanol; and S7, flushing the resin with
purified water. According to the separation and purification
system, the cost is reduced, and the separation and purification efficiency is improved. The separation and purification
system provided by the invention reduces the cost and improves the separation and purification efficiency. The separation and purification method disclosed by the invention utilizes
gradient analysis to acquire high-purity anthocyanin.
