The invention discloses a penicilliumgriseofulvum XJ-EP-058 strain as well as a microbial preparation resisting banana vascular wilt and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of microbial pesticides. The strain is penicilliumgriseofulvum XJ-EP-058 with the preservation number of CGMCC (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center) No.5467. The microbial preparation, containing the strain, for resisting the banana vascular wilt is obtained by test tube seed culture, liquid seed culture for the strain and liquid fermentation culture for the strain. The strain and the microbial preparation, containing the strain, for resisting the banana vascular wilt have obvious in-vitro and in-vivo preventing effects and have the germination inhibition rate reaching 100% to spores of banana vascular wilt bacteria, and the average diameter of bacteriostatic zones to the banana vascular wilt bacteria is 14.5mm; and a result of a greenhouse potted living organism test shows that the strain and the microbial preparation have the average control effect reaching 74.38% on the banana vascular wilt bacteria. The microbial preparation has the advantages of low raw material cost and simple and feasible production process.

Marine fungi penicillium crustosum bacterial strain, quinolinone compounds derived from marine fungi penicillium crustosum, and preparation and applications of quinolinone compounds

The invention discloses a marine fungi penicillium crustosum bacterial strain, quinolinone compounds derived from marine fungi penicillium crustosum, and a preparation method and applications of the quinolinone compounds. Specific structural formulas of the quinolinone compounds are represented by formula R1-formula R6. According to the preparation method, a culture medium is inoculated with the marine fungi penicillium crustosum bacterial strain AP2T1 CGMCC No.8516 for static fermentation; an obtained fermentation broth is extracted with ethyl acetate, and mycelium is extracted with an organic solvent; obtained crude extracts are mixed, an obtained mixture is subjected to sephadex column chromatography, reverse-phase silica-gel column chromatography, and thin layer chromatography detection using organic solvents; an obtained elution ingredient containing intermediates is subjected to methylation, and thin layer chromatography and reverse-phase silica-gel column chromatography separation and purification so as to obtain target compounds R1-R6. The target compounds R1-R6 possesses wide application prospect in preparation of antitumor drugs, antibacterial agents, and agricultural insecticides.

Phosphorus-dissolving penicillium and application thereof

The invention belongs to the microorganism field. A solid culture medium taking Ca3(PO4)2 as a unique phosphorus source is utilized for screening a strain 14 with a phosphorus-dissolving effect, and the phosphorus-dissolving capacity of a to-be-tested phosphorus-dissolving strain is determined by virtue of an inorganic phosphorus liquid culture medium shake flask experiment. The inorganic phosphorus liquid culture medium shake flask experiment determines that the phosphorus-dissolving capacities of penicillium strains QM-6 and QM-10 are relatively high, and the maximum soluble phosphorus contents of the two corresponding strains are respectively 1239.21mg/L and 1386.93mg/L. The strains QM-6 and QM-10 are preliminarily determined as Penicillium oxalicum by virtue of an ITS sequence determination method. The determination of a greenhouse pot culture phosphorus-dissolving experiment and the analysis of a growth-promoting effect find that the phosphorus-dissolving strains QM-6 and QM-10 are capable of converting unavailable phosphorus which is difficult to be absorbed and utilized by plants in soil into soluble available phosphorus which can be directly absorbed and utilized and well promoting the growth of the plants and have important theoretical and practical significances to reduction of the application amount of phosphorus fertilizers.
