The invention discloses a method for extracting natural
vitamin C from capsicum granules. The method comprises the following steps: (1)
degreasing: placing a proper amount of capsicum granules in a reaction tank, adding a
degreasing solvent, carrying out stirring at a normal temperature, and carrying out filtering separation, so as to obtain degreased residues; (2) extracting: adding a
vitamin C extracting solution into the degreased residues, carrying out vacuum stirring at a low temperature, and carrying out filtering separation, so as to collect filter liquor; (3)
capsaicin removing: addingvegetable oil in the filter liquor, carrying out vacuum stirring at a normal temperature, and carrying out water-oil separating, so as to collect a
vitamin C
aqueous solution; and (4)
drying: subjecting the
vitamin C aqueous solution to vacuum depressurized concentration, and then, carrying out vacuum
freeze drying, thereby obtaining the natural
vitamin C. According to the method disclosed by theinvention, due to
degreasing pretreatment, interference to detection on the
vitamin C caused by lipids is avoided, and meanwhile, the rate of extraction can be increased; due to vacuum low-temperature extraction, the loss of the vitamin C is lowered to the maximum; due to
capsaicin removing treatment, the purity of the vitamin C product is improved; and the method is simple in operation, easy toimplement and low in cost.
