Such regulation generally improves the kinetic performance of the sensor over a broad range of analyte concentration. Other functions of the membrane are associated with functional components, such as a superoxide-dismutating / catalase catalyst, either in the form of an enzyme or an enzyme mimic, that can be bound to the scaffold provided by the membrane. The effect of any such enzyme or enzyme mimic is to lower the concentration of a metabolite, such as superoxide and / or hydrogen peroxide, in the immediate vicinity of the sensing layer of the biosensor. The calcareous sand is used for replacing quartz sand commonly used in the prior art, the calcareous sand has many inner holes, when the inner holes are filled with a cementing material, the performance of an interface transition layer can be effectively improved, and the strength of the calcareous sand cement-based material is enhanced. During marine environment construction, calcareous sand is used for replacing quartz sand, local materials are used, the cost for manufacturing the cement-based material can be greatly reduced, and wide application of the cement-based material is better promoted.
