A multifunctional membrane is provided. The multifunctional membrane is suitable for use in an analyte sensor. In a particular application, the multifunctional membrane may be used in connection with an amperometric biosensor, such as a transcutaneous amperometric biosensor. Some functions of the membrane are associated with properties of membrane itself, which is comprised of crosslinked polymers containing heterocyclic nitrogen groups. For example, the membrane, by virtue of its polymeric composition, may regulate the flux of an analyte to a sensor. Such regulation generally improves the kinetic performance of the sensor over a broad range of analyte concentration. Other functions of the membrane are associated with functional components, such as a superoxide-dismutating/catalase catalyst, either in the form of an enzyme or an enzyme mimic, that can be bound to the scaffold provided by the membrane. The effect of any such enzyme or enzyme mimic is to lower the concentration of a metabolite, such as superoxide and/or hydrogen peroxide, in the immediate vicinity of the sensing layer of the biosensor. Lowering the concentrations of such metabolites, which are generally deleterious to the function of the sensor, generally protects or enhances biosensor integrity and performance. The membrane is thus an important tool for use in connection with analyte sensors, amperometric sensors, biosensors, and particularly, transcutaneous biosensors. A membrane-covered sensor and a method for making same are also provided.

The production process comprises four parts: a sol system, a reaction system, a vacuum pumping system and an extrusion granulating system, wherein the reaction system comprises four plug flow reactors, the reactors R1, R2 and R3 are in series arranged in the reactor system, and the fourth reactor R4 is in parallel connected between the inlet of the reactor R1 and the outlet of the reactor R2; and the reaction material is distributed from the R2 outlet, one part of the reaction material enters the reactor R4 and then reflows to the inlet of the reactor R1 for completing the circulation, the other part of the reaction material passes through the reactor R3 to complete the polymerization, and an ABS resin product with stable performance is obtained by vacuum de-volatilization and extrusion granulating. The reactor system with the series-parallel structure solves the problems that a conventional series plug flow bulk ABS polymerization device has large process volatility and poor system stability, and can produce the ABS resin product with the stable production performance.

According to the invention, the discharging performance and the combustion performance of a spark ignition engine can be improved and increased due to dimethyl ether and hydrogen, and hydrogen is produced by reforming dimethyl ether, so that the use cost can be reduced, and the compensation of hydrogen can be realized. The invention discloses a prodrug of oridonin with polyethylene glycol serving as a vector. The prodrug has the structural formula shown in the specification, wherein n is an integer from 110 to 910. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing carboxylation oridonin: performing reaction to oridonin and succinic anhydride, thus obtaining carboxylation oridonin; and (2) synthesizing prodrug of oridonin modified via methoxypolyethylene glycol amine: reacting the mono-methoxypolyethylene glycol amine with carboxylation oridonin, thus obtaining the prodrug of oridonin which is in form of white solid. According to the prodrug of oridonin with polyethylene glycol serving as the vector disclosed by the invention, the succinic acid serves as a joint arm for combining the oridonin with the hydrophilic polyethylene glycol derivative, so that the dissolubility of the oridonin is improved, the performance of the medicine is enhanced and improved, and the stability of the oridonin is improved; and the prodrug can be decomposed and fallen at a proper environment, so as to release the oridonin, so that the acting time in the organism can be increased, and the purpose of long circulation can be achieved.
