combustor. The high-reliability and large-power adjusting ratio diesel
combustor comprises an outer wall, a
flame cup, a
flame restraining ring, a shell, a base, a revolving cup, an
oil pump, an oil
pipe, a motor, a motor supporting frame, a wind wheel, a heat isolation plate, an igniter, a
flame detector and an oil releasing
pipe. Oil is supplied to the
combustor through the
oil pump, the motor drives the wind wheel and the revolving cup and the same time, the wind wheel supplies wind to
combustion, the revolving cup atomizes diesel, and a
combustion cavity is formed by the area between the flame cup and the revolving cup. The wind enters the
combustion cavity through a circumferential wall face hole and a center hole of the flame cup. The flame cup is provided with the flame restraining ring for enhancing the rigidity of flames. The igniter and a
flame detection sensor are arranged at the bottom of the flame cup. The high-reliability and large-power adjusting ratio diesel combustor is compact in structure, reliable ignition and long-time stable combustion in the open environment at the altitude
ranging from 0 m to 5,000 m and the
air temperature ranging from -40 DEG C to 40 DEG C or a closed
hearth can be achieved; and the flame rigidity is good, combustion is sufficient, the flames can be blue, and the combustion power adjusting ratio can reach 6:1.
