The invention discloses a power
plant flue gas white
smoke elimination system based on the
heat pipe heat exchange technology. The
system comprises a desulfuration and dust removing device, a
flue anda
chimney. The
flue is internally provided with a
heat pipe heat exchanger and a reheating
heat exchanger in sequence. The
heat pipe evaporation segment is arranged inside the flue, the heat
pipe condensation segment is located in a sealed box body, and low-temperature cooling water is introduced. The reheating
heat exchanger and the
heat pipe heat exchanger are both made of an ND steel materialwhich is resistant to
corrosion and good in heat-conducting property. The technological process of the
system comprises the steps that the low-temperature cooling water absorbs the
waste heat of high-temperature
flue gas through the
heat pipe heat exchanger, the high-temperature
flue gas releases heat and generates
condensed water, and the temperature and the content of pollutants are lowered; andthe high-temperature steam heats the cooled
flue gas through the reheating heat exchanger, the temperature of the emitted flue gas is raised, and the
relative humidity is reduced. Through the system,the phenomenon that the power
plant chimney emits white
smoke is effectively avoided, and
gypsum rain falling around a power
plant is avoided; and meanwhile, the problem that the
chimney is corrodedseriously due to the fact that the low-temperature flue gas stays in the chimney for a long time and is not dispersed is solved. Compared with other technologies, power plant flue gas white
smoke elimination system is stable in operation and small in environmental
pollution, and the problems that through other technologies, the heat releasing energy is not matched with the
heating energy, and thelike are avoided.
