The preparation process of the invention is simple, reasonable in design, low in manufacturing cost and large in popularization. In the invention, a layer of Bi-2212 superconducting film is added on the surface of the bi-system tape material prepared by a PIT method so that the silver hypergeometric of the tape material is decreased, the effective superconducting area is increased and the engineering current density of the bi-system tape material is improved.
