The invention relates to a
chitosan / KIT-6 type
silicon-based
composite material, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving an appropriate amount of P123 in water, adding concentrated
hydrochloric acid, performing stirring overnight in a water bath, adding n-
butanol, performing stirring, adding
tetraethyl orthosilicate, carrying out a reaction, pouring the obtained solution into a
chitosan solution, dropwise adding
glutaraldehyde, continuously carrying out a reaction for a period of time, transferring the obtained solution into an
autoclave, carrying out a
hydrothermal reaction for a certain period of time, cooling the obtained solution, carrying out suction
filtration, washing the obtained
reaction product to reachneutrality,
drying the washed
reaction product overnight, and carrying out Soxhlet extraction by using
acetone to obtain CS-KIT-6; and dissolving the CS-KIT-6 in
dimethyl sulfoxide, adding an appropriate amount of
epichlorohydrin, carrying out a
microwave reaction, washing the obtained
reaction product to reach neutrality,
drying the washed reaction product overnight, adding a certain amount of apolyethyleneimine solution and a certain amount of N,N-
dimethylformamide, carrying out a
microwave reaction, washing the obtained reaction product to reach neutrality, and
drying the washed reactionproduct overnight to obtain the product PEI-CS-KIT-6. The
composite material prepared in the invention can be applied to the adsorption of
chromium in water as an adsorbent, and has the characteristics of energy saving,
environmental protection and high efficiency.
