The invention provides a method for modifying a carbon porous material, characterized in that by applying a high pressure pulse voltage on two opposite plate electrodes and inserting an electrolyte plate which has a high dielectric constant and a compact structure and has an area that is slightly larger than the size of the plate electrodes between the two opposite plate electrodes, a uniform discharge plasma reaction zone is formed between the plate electrodes; mixed gasses containing oxygen are uniformly mixed at normal temperatures and pressures, the mixed gasses are subject to ionization activation by the plasma reaction zone to generate a plurality of oxygen-containing plasma gasses, after gas distribution is carried out, the gasses vertically flow through a pre-cleaned carbon porous material in the thickness direction to react to obtain the activated carbon porous material. The method has the advantages of environmental protection, low cost, mild treatment conditions, easy control of function group quantity, and outstanding improvement of the activity of the electrode material, and the method can realize gradient treatment, can reduce the area resistance of the contacting surface of the porous material and the bipolar plate, so as to increase the battery efficiency. The invention discloses a method of refining silicon with a non-graphite crucible on a medium-frequency furnace, wherein the method includes following steps: (1) employing a high-temperature-resistant non-graphite crucible; (2) heating the high-temperature-resistant non-graphite crucible with a graphite electrode to melt metallic silicon; (3) controlling the parameter of the medium-frequency furnace and the temperature of molten silicon to form a silicon slag protective layer on an inner wall of the crucible to protect the crucible from being eroded and polluting the molten silicon; (4) adding a slag forming agent to perform slagging refining; (5) removing floated slag and pouring out a part of molten silicon while a little of molten silicon is remained in the crucible to perform next silicon melting and slagging refining. The method is carried out with the non-graphite crucible which is long in service life and is free of problem of oxidization. The silicon slag formed on the inner wall of the crucible can protect the crucible from being eroded by a slag forming agent and meanwhile high-purity molten silicon can be insulated from the wall of the crucible to stop pollution of the cruicble to the high-purity molten silicon. Continuous production in the medium-frequency furnace is ensured since enough molten silicon is remained in the crucible of each batch.

A stator is formed by a plurality of coils provided with independent iron cores, and neutral positions are arranged among the coils, so that the magnetic fields of induced current are respectively independent. The stand magnet yoke is used for reinforcing the magnetic fields. As an armature is the stator, an electric brush and a sliding ring can be omitted, the DC current is induced in the armature and has no inductive reactance, and the novel DC electric generator has higher efficiency than an AC electric generator and a reversing-type DC electric generator.

In a high-frequency coil inducted plasma rector, a gas circuit is divided into three circuits of axis central gas, central main gas and protective gas; hydrogenous gas is subjected to plasma arc starting to form a hydrogenous plasma flame region; the gasified silicon tetrachloride is added through an axis center, reacts in the hydrogenous plasma flame region, and is converted into the trichlorosilane; after the reaction, mixed gas is subjected to heat exchange, condensation, cooling and distillation procedures to obtain a trichlorosilane liquid, a silicon tetrachloride liquid, chlorine hydride, hydrogen gas and argon gas respectively, wherein the silicon tetrachloride, circulating hydrogen gas and the argon gas are in the reactor; and the trichlorosilane and the chlorine hydride enter the polysilicon production procedure. The method can concisely treat the silicon tetrachloride as a byproduct of polysilicon with high efficiency and environmental protection, simultaneously obtains raw materials needed by the polysilicon, and greatly reduces the output of waste and production cost for the polysilicon.
