InactiveCN103293239AMeet the needs of supervision and inspectionImprove linearityComponent separationBiotechnologyNutrition
The invention discloses a method for detecting fatty acid nutrition enhancers in food. According to the method, a GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometer) analysis method is adopted for detecting and analyzing the fatty acid nutrition enhancers in food, and chromatographic conditions and mass spectrum conditions are definite. The method for detecting the fatty acid nutrition enhancers in food comprises the following steps of: (1) extracting the fatty acid nutrition enhancers from food, and collecting an extracting solution; (2) detecting and analyzing the extracting solution by adopting the GC-MS method; (3) calculating a result and expressing; and (4) calculating tolerance. By applying the method for detecting the fatty acid nutrition enhancers in food, nutrition enhancers such as docosahexenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), arachidonic acid (AA), linolenic acid, linoleic acid, conjugated linoleic acid and oleic acid and contents of the nutrition enhancers can be rapidly detected at the same time, and safety of the nutrition enhancers thrown into the food is evaluated; the method is simple and rapid in pretreatment process, easy to operate, and good in reproducibility, can meet the requirements of food supervising inspection and provides assistance for ordinary people to select real nutrient food.
