The invention relates to the technical field of foods, in particular to an
infant formula containing
choline chloride and L-
carnitine and a preparation method thereof. The
infant formula comprises thefollowing raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 35 parts of whole fat goat milk
powder, 25 to 55 parts of desalted whey
powder, 0 to 20 parts of concentrated
whey protein powder, 0.4 to 10 parts oflactose, 3 to 15 parts of mixed
vegetable oil, 5 to 10 parts of 1,3-dioleic acid-2-
palmitic acid triglyceride, 2 to 4 parts of
galactooligosaccharide, 0.5 to 1 part of fructo-oligose, 0.1 to 0.5 partof
calcium carbonate, 0.01 to 0.1 part of
choline chloride, 0.2 to 1 part of compound minerals, 0.4 to 0.8 part of compound vitamins, 0.4 to 0.8 part of
arachidonic acid (ARA) powder, and 0.1 to 1 part of
docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) powder, and is prepared by a certain preparation method. The
infant formula containing the
choline chloride and the L-
carnitine satisfies the nutritional needs of thegrowth and development of normal infants and young children, enhances the absorption and
digestive functions of infants and young children, and appropriately enhances the
mental development of infantsand young children, and is particularly important for maintaining normal
metabolism of premature infants whose biochemical functions are still incomplete.
