The invention relates to a sludge treatment system and method. The system comprises a clinker sintering system, a first main body, a drying machine, a deodorization device and a conveying device, wherein the first main body comprises a first storage bin, a first double-screw feeder, a first power pack, a first sludge pump, a first impurity remover, a first main pipe, a first valve, a second main pipe, a second valve, a first beater, a spray gun, a first gate valve and first slide carriage; the first sliding frame equipment is arranged in the first storage bin; a discharge port of the first storage bin is connected with a feed port of a first double-screw feeder through a first gate valve; wherein the spray gun is embedded in the decomposing furnace and communicated with the interior of thedecomposing furnace, one end of the first main pipe is connected with a discharge port of the first sludge pump, the other end of the first main pipe is connected with a feed port of the spray gun, and the first impurity remover, the first valve and the first beater are all arranged on the first main pipe. According to the invention, sludge is treated and blended into a cement raw material to becalcined together in a clinker sintering system, so that energy waste is avoided and energy conservation is realized; and the investment is low, the return is high, and environmental protection is achieved.
