The invention relates to a method for manufacturing safe toughened vacuum glassm comprising the following steps of: (1) placing two ultrahigh-stress glass plates each provided with an air exhaust slot and having a stress value of 100-200 MPa on a platform, and cutting the glass plates to form the air exhaust slots; (2) arranging a support on the lower glass plate, placing a getter thereon, and arranging exhaust tubes in the air exhaust slots; (3) applying glass powder to the edges of the four sides of the lower glass plate, wherein the applied glass powder is less than 2 cm away from the edges; and putting the upper glass plate on the lower glass plate for combination; (4) delivering the combined two glass plates into a furnace, heating the glass plate to a range of 380 to 485 DEG C, and preserving heat for 25-35 minutes; and (5) performing vacuum supply when the temperature in the furnace ranges from 280 to 320 DEG C; and performing hot melting sealing when the value of negative pressure in the cavity of the glass reaches 10-1 to 10-2 Pa, thereby obtaining the toughened vacuum glass with the stress value of 85-95 MPa. The method is scientific in design and simple in process, and perfectly overcomes the problems difficult to be solved in the prior art and greatly expands the application fields of the vacuum glass; therefore, the method is a revolutionary technological innovation and must cause deep influence on the development of the vacuum glass.

The invention relates to high-strength wear-resistant flame-retardant polypropylene and a preparation method thereof. The polypropylene is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 42-55 parts of a polypropylene base body, 20-29 parts of modified packing, 1-4 parts of boron nitride, 18-21 parts of additives, 1-3 parts of a phosphite antioxidant and 2-5 parts of dimethicone. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the polypropylene base body, the modified packing, the boron nitride, the additive, the phosphite antioxidant and the dimethicone by virtue of a high speed mixer; adding the mixed material into a granulator to be granulated; and then adding aggregates into an injection moulding machine to prepare a sample so as to prepare the flame-retardant polypropylene. According to the flame-retardant polypropylene provided by the invention, various inorganic components are added to improve the flowability of a polymer and an inorganic packing system and enhance the toughening effect, and no bulking agents are used, so that the cost is lowered. The additives, glass fibers and a flame retardant are halogen-free materials, the preparation process is simple and convenient, the adopted materials are cheap, and the comprehensive cost is relatively remarkable in advantage compared with that of a conventional polypropylene composite material.

The invention provides an experimental method by simulating roadway crossed point strain rock burst. The experimental method comprises the steps of: providing a cuboid or cube rock sample test piece,loading three-directional initial stress onto six surfaces of the rock sample test piece, and keeping for 5-10 min; and, suddenly unloading the load acting on two opposite surfaces of the rock sampletest piece, so that the two opposite surfaces of the rock sample test piece form a free face, simulating the excavation unloading effect of a roadway crossed point rock body, observing the state of the rock sample test piece: if the rock sample test piece has rock burst damage, ending the experiment; and, if the rock sample test piece does not have rock burst damage, increasing the vertical direction stress value in two unloaded stresses till the rock sample test piece has rock burst damage. Experimental equipment used by the experimental method provided by the invention is true tri-axial rockburst experimental equipment capable of realizing rapid unloading two surfaces or multiple surfaces in the horizontal direction under a high-pressure state; and strain rock burst of a rock body at aroadway crossed point can be well simulated in the invention.

Titanium is implanted and then nitrogen is implanted, implantation dose is controlled within 2.0 to 3.0*10 17 Ti+2.0 to 3.0 *10 17 N, linear ion beams are implanted in a steel ball with a curved surface, steel balls with different diameters produce different refraction effects, thereby the implantation dose needs to be adjusted within the implantation dose range according to the real sizes and properties of the steel balls, ensuring the concentration of nitrogen ion implanted on the surface of the steel ball over 18%, the concentration of titanium ion over 10% and uniformity over 85%. The employment of the implantation process is capable of guaranteeing the depth, concentration and uniformity of ion implantation of the surface of the steel ball, and thereby the steel ball surface has the advantages of relatively high hardness, relatively good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistant properties, relatively long endurance life and relatively high reliability.

The preparation method of the film-grade TPU slice comprises the following steps: (1) mixing tetrahydrofuran and epsilon-caprolactone ester ether copolyglycol with methylene diphenyl diisocyanate in a homogenizer, then entering mixture into a prepolymerization reactor to obtain prepolymer; (2) entering the prepolymer into a prepolymer cooler, cooling to 5-10 DEG C, entering the cooled prepolymer into a homogenizing machine to be mixed with 2-methyl-pentamethylene diamine and 1,4-butanediol to obtain a primary material; (3) entering the obtained primary material into a polymerization reactor to obtain a secondary material; (4) entering the secondary material into an ageing tank to be subjected to ageing, so that a final material is obtained; and (5) recycling a slice, entering the slice into a slice drying machine to be dried, so that the film-grade TPU slice is obtained. The film-grade TPU slice obtained by utilizing the preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that shore hardness is 80-90A, breaking elongation is 650-700%, breaking strength is 70-75MPa and properties are excellent.

Water base mixed liquid consisting of sodium metasilicate and gamma-glycidyl oxy-propyl trimethoxy silane is firstly provided; the water base mixed liquid is sprayed to the surfaces of metal after cleaning of pollutants on the surfacesof the metal by high-power short-pulse laser; low-power laser is selected for laser scanning cleaning by an S-shaped scanning path; the average power of the laser is 50-150 W; and the peak power density of the pulse laser is 1.0*107-4.0*107 W / cm2. The method can prominently reduce the surface remained stress of the high-power short-pulse laser cleaned metal. The method has the prominent characteristics of simple and practical process, low cost and continuous operation.
